Return Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us at thecozysprout@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once we receive your request, we will arrange a return pick-up to collect the item at the earliest.

Return Conditions:

  • The return request must be generated within 48 hours of item delivery.
  • We only accept returns for damaged or defective products. Returns will not be accepted for size or quality issues.
  • A product unboxing video is required to verify the issue and process your return request promptly.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items without the required label or seal.
  • Items that have been altered from their original condition or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return.
  • Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Note: If the return does not comply with our policy, no replacement or refund will be provided, and we reserve the right to withhold any funds already received.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • For credit card or net banking payments, the refund will be credited to the same account.
  • For cheque payments, a cheque will be mailed to the billing address.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed after confirmation from the customer. Shipping charges for COD orders are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 8-10 working days after we receive the returned product in its original condition.

Note: We are not responsible for any delays in crediting the cardholder’s account, as this process is managed by the issuing bank.
