  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. However, during high-demand periods, processing may take a few extra days.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your shipment’s progress.
  • We offer both standard and express shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.


Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at thecozysprout@gmail.com.
  • If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Note: Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started. This includes all custom sculptures and models specifically designed for you.
